Returns

If a stone arrives materially different from its listing, contact fieldcutgems@gmail.com within three days of delivery. Stones must be returned in the same condition before any refund is issued.

Custom work, damaged stones, altered stones, or stones removed from their original parcel packaging may not be returnable.
